We've been through this
ourselves and are ready to share!

Demo Release April 2, 2026
Catch the Light is an app for daily practice of visual attention and reading.
This is not a medical or diagnostic program.

I'm John.
After the accident I lost the right side of my visual field. I still read, but I often lose my place and tire more quickly.
I use reading practices in Catch the Light to read more calmly and re-read less.

I'm Laura.
I have glaucoma. I can look straight at the table and not see what's on it. Then I get angry at myself because it's all "right in front of me".
I use mini-games in Catch the Light to notice objects faster and stress less.

I'm Tom.
I have a central scotoma. When I look at something, the center of the image seems to blur.
I use light practices in Catch the Light to hold focus more easily and feel less fatigued by evening.

I'm Mia.
My visual field has narrowed. I may not notice what's to the side. Sometimes it's just a small thing. Sometimes it's not.
I practice gaze movements in Catch the Light to notice the space around me more easily and feel more confident.
